Due to the high volume of requested appointments, and to be fair to all animals and staff, our practice will be implementing a cancellation fee for all scheduled exams and surgical procedures.

These are the following fees:

• A cancellation fee of $35 will be billed for any NO CALL/NO SHOW or cancellations called on the day of the scheduled appointment.

• A cancellation fee of $50 will be billed for any NO CALL/NO SHOW or cancellations called on the day of the scheduled surgery.

We understand that there are times such as a medical emergency, death of a family member, or a family illness that can prohibit you from calling ahead. In these cases, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to get your pet’s appointment rescheduled without a fee.
